Osteopathy to help you move beyond pain. I start by listening to what you are experiencing, then plan your care at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

What is osteopathy?

A hands-on approach to pain and recovery

Osteopathy is a healthcare profession focused on the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal problems.

Treatment will be based on what I find during your assessment and can include hands-on techniques, exercise and practical advice. The focus is on understanding what is contributing to your symptoms, supporting your recovery and helping you get back to the things that matter to you.

About

Hi, I'm Josh. An osteopath based in Bury St Edmunds

My approach is straightforward, practical and centred around understanding the person in front of me. I look at the wider picture to help establish what is contributing to your symptoms and how they are affecting the things you want to do.

From there, I use hands-on treatment, exercise and clear advice to help you recover and move forward with confidence.
